P&Z Public Hearing 5/9/24
The Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) has scheduled the following Public Hearings for Thursday, May 9, 2024:
- Application 2201 – York – Cottage Food Home Occupation – George Washington Tpke #427
- For a Home Occupation use Special Permit.

Any materials submitted to the P&Z prior to the Public Hearing can be found at this link for public review and inspection:
Application 2201 Public Hearing Materials
New materials can be posted up to 24 hours prior to the Public Hearing date, so check back often for any new materials.
Anyone that cannot make the scheduled Public Hearing for any reason may submit written testimony to the Commission prior to the Public Hearing. Where possible, this material will be posted for public inspection but will be submitted to the Commission to be read into the record when the Public Hearing is open.
Please have any materials submitted to our Zoning Enforcement Officer by email as soon as they are ready, but no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.
