Housing Plan Steering Committee

The Town is required by Section 8-30j of the Connecticut General Statutes (CGS) to undertake a proactive planning process and lay out a strategy for meeting the housing Needs of existing and future residents and workers and the Town has received an Affordable Housing Plan Technical Assistance grant in the amount of $10,100 from the CT Department of Housing.  

The Town will retain the services of NHCOG (Northwest Hills Council of Governments) for assistance in preparing a town affordable housing plan in compliance with Section 8-30j of the CGS.
