IWWC Notice of Decision

In accordance with CGS 22a-42a(c)(2), the Agent of the Burlington Inlands Wetlands and Watercourses Commission approved the following application(s):

#2020-010 – Hemmingway – Above Ground Pool w/ Deck & Shed Relocation – Covey Road #204 – Application to install an above ground pool with wood deck and relocate existing shed 6’ to accommodate pool within the Upland Review Area.

Appeals may be filed with 15-days of this notice to require review by the Inlands Wetlands and Watercourses Commission.  This may be done by:

• Sending an email to the Inland Wetlands Agent or
• Mailing the appeal to the Land Use Department at 200 Spielman Hwy, Burlington, CT 06013.  Please note that the letter must be postmarked before the 15-day appeal period expires.
