Town of Burlington COVID-19 Update as of October 25, 2021

Beginning August 2, 2021, masks are highly recommend inside the building for ALL visitors

As of May 24, 2021 Town Hall is fully opened for regular business with our working hours being Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm and Friday's 8:00am - 12:30pm

Vault access in the Town Clerk's Office will be restricted to two people at a time. 

Town Clerk & Tax Collector walk up windows will remain open for your convenience.

The Bristol-Burlington Health Department has developed a graph charts to show just Burlington's COVD-19 cases & deaths

Preferred donations to the Burlington Food Pantry during the COVID-19 pandemic can be in the form of gifts cards to supermarkets/big box retail or checks made payable to "Burlington Food & Fuel Bank" and should be mailed to Burlington Town Hall, 200 Spielman Highway, Burlington, CT 06013, Attention: First Selectman Ted Shafer or left in the Black Drop Box by the front door of the Town Hall.

Take these everyday preventative actions...

Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use alcohol-based hand sanitizer. 

Avoid touching your eyes nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

Stay home when you are sick.

Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then dispose of the tissue in the trash.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

Avoid shaking hands; instead wave or just say hello.

Anyone experiencing symptoms is strongly urged to contact their medical provider.
