| Annual MS4 Notice | In accordance with the requirements of Connecticut General Statutes 22a-430b, General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from the Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) (effective October 1, 2023), the Town of Burlington has prepared a draft Annual Report.
On or before February 15th, a draft annual report will be available on the Town website for a 45-day public review and comment period prior to the draft being finalized and submitted to the CT DEEP on or after April 1st annually.
A copy will also be available at the Town of Burlington Town Clerk's Office located at 200 Spielman Highway, Burlington CT 06013.
Public comments on the annual report are invited to be submitted on or before March 15th to the Town. Comments should reference “Town of Burlington CT Permit GSM 000049”.
