Overview
The duties and powers to hear complaints and rule upon the appropriate disposition of this chapter; to enforce the provisions of this chapter, including the prosecution of and hearing complaints on violations hereof; to give non-binding advice to the Board of Selectmen (hereafter "Board") or other Town officers and employees on ethical questions; and to give non-binding recommendations to the Board and Town Counsel on new and existing policies on ethics.
