The Evergreens at Thompsons Way

The Evergreens at Thompsons Way is a twenty-four unit Senior Affordable Housing Complex built and owned by the Town of Burlington. The Complex, positioned in a quiet well-established rural neighborhood, is within driving distance to major shopping areas and medical services.

There are currently five buildings in the complex containing sixteen one-bedroom apartments and eight two-bedroom apartments. All apartments include separate kitchens, combined living and dining room, and one bathroom. The apartments are designed for Senior Citizens and equipped for full wheelchair accessibility and an emergency call system.

Additionally, an attractive social center accommodates laundry facilities as well as an area for resident activities.

Tenants may access many municipal services and area service agencies. Examples of services include: Dial-A-Ride Transportation to shopping centers and physician appointments, access to health screening and additional services provided by the Bristol-Burlington Health District, a Municipal Agent, a Public Library, a Senior Center and social programs provided by the Town of Burlington.

Income Requirement

Applicants must be income eligible.
